The five sections
What the Online Application Covers
The form separates information into short sections so you can review each group before continuing. Required and conditional fields are validated before the final submission.
1. Home and timing
Property, desired move-in date, and lease preference.
2. Applicant
Name, email, phone, and current address.
3. Housing history
Housing status, time at the residence, rent details when applicable, and reason for leaving.
4. Details
Employment and income, occupants, vehicles, pets, emergency contact, and conditional explanations.
5. Review
Consent, typed signature, and a final review before submission.
Prepare first
Information to Have Available
Gather current contact and address information, housing history, employment and monthly income details, household members, vehicles, pet details if applicable, and an emergency contact. Having the information ready reduces interruptions while completing the form.
The public application on this site does not request a Social Security number or driver’s-license number. Do not send those identifiers through the general inquiry form or email.
After submission
Confirmation Is Not an Approval Decision
After the application is stored successfully, the site displays a confirmation reference. Keep that reference if you contact JBAS Realty about the submission.
A successful online submission confirms receipt only. It does not guarantee availability, approval, lease terms, or a decision timeline. The JBAS Realty team will use the submitted contact information for follow-up.
